Bildungsurlaub nach dem Bildungszeitgesetz in Baden-Württemberg
Anspruch:
Arbeitnehmer, die mindestens zwölf Monate in ihrem Job sind, können pro Jahr 5 Tage Bildungszeit beantragen. Auszubildende und Studenten der Dualen Hochschule haben nur Anspruch auf fünf Tage während ihrer gesamten Ausbildung.
Antrag:
Mindestens neun Wochen vor Beginn der geplanten Weiterbildung muss der Antrag vorliegen. Reagiert der Arbeitgeber bis vier Wochen vor der Veranstaltung nicht, gilt sie als bewilligt.
Ablehnung:
Gründe gegen einen Bildungsurlaub können dringende betriebliche Belange, Urlaub oder Krankheit im Kollegenkreis oder Beeinträchtigungen im Betriebsablauf sein. Auch wenn schon zu viele Kollegen Bildungsurlaub beantragt haben, kann der Arbeitgeber Nein sagen.
Entgelt:
Das Entgelt wird während der Weiterbildung weiter gezahlt. Die Kosten für die Kurse trägt der Beschäftigte selbst.
